              I used to struggle with snoring, especially after a night of drinking. But with the adjustable mouthpiece, I am noticing a difference in my sleep quality. My uvula used to swell because of how hard I'd snore, but now it's been perfectly healthy. The downside is that my teeth arent perfectly straight, so the mouth piece tends to pull/push on the out of place teeth and when I wake up, its a little sore. But honestly it's been getting better after every night I do it. I definitely recommend sticking with it. It's breathable, but can feel a little bulky when first using it. And just like everything else in life, ya just got to get used to it. Also the quality is quite good. It's not perfect but it's not lanky. Probably will get a solid 3-5 months of use before some noticeable wear and tear if you dont clean it regularly and dont have the sonic cleaner. I've had mine for about a week now and I dont go to sleep without out!
